 Modern farming demands innovative solutions, and as the saying goes, time is money. New Holland loaders are designed for   quick and simple attachment by a single operator, maximizing your productive work time. Need more efficiency? Change   attachments in under 30 seconds with LA & TL loaders, setting a new standard for operational efficiency. During tight   schedules, every second counts—opt for the quick attach option. The Varipark self-levelling stands simplify loader attachment   even further. Forget about time-consuming hydraulic line hookups; the Multi Quick coupler provides single-point hydraulic   connection. Additionally, the straightforward single pin latch system ensures fast and easy fitting and removal.

THE UNIQUE EASYLOCK SYSTEM

1.Drive the tractor to the parked loader. The couplings latch smoothly into the drop forged attachment hooks.

2.Lift the hydraulic and electric connector from the designated carried and connect them with the single point Multi Quick coupler.

3.Lock the towers and the arms together using the side handle.

4.Fold up the Varipark stands.

 SIMPLE ATTACHMENT 

 A straightforward and user-friendly system ensures the loader is securely attached yet easy to remove when not needed. Color-   coded hydraulic lines allow for instant connection, and the loader arms and brackets are designed for hassle-free alignment   and attachment.

EXTRA SCOOP. FULLY LOADED

To ensure that your loader bucket is 100% full, the standard extra scoop functionality features a 44° tilt angle at ground level. As the boom is raised, this travel increases the tilt angle by up to 17° during the first 50cm of lift to minimise losses from the lip of the bucket. More grain in every scoop.

 KEEPING EVERY GRAIN SAFE

 When handling valuable wheat or rapeseed, it's crucial to ensure every grain remains in the bucket and reaches its destination.   The optional mechanical self-levelling system helps achieve this. This patented system includes a built-in control arm that   manages the self-levelling function, keeping your bucket parallel to the ground throughout the entire lift cycle.

NEW BUTTON CONTROLLED ACTIVE EXTRA SCOOP + RETURN TO LEVEL

With the new return-to-level function, the loader attachment can be automatically repositioned to a preset position at the touch of a button. Once set, the implement consistently returns to the same position, significantly boosting productivity. Additionally, since the system is integrated into the lifting arms, the driver can use this function even when the front loader is mounted on a different tractor. The electric selectable Fast Tip feature, standard with the Return-to-Level system, completes this advanced package.

SILKY-SMOOTH RIDE CONTROL

When transporting heavy loads across bumpy terrain, you risk losing valuable grain and compromising operator comfort. That's where Smooth Ride Control comes in. This advanced damping system, integrated into the cross member of the loader arm, protects the operator from shock loads caused by uneven terrain. The integrated accumulator provides maximum damping performance, regardless of the terrain's roughness. Combined with Comfort Ride™ cab suspension and Terraglide™ front axle suspension, Smooth Ride Control ensures the smoothest ride possible, enhancing both productivity and operator comfort.

500TL RANGE

To offer the ultimate in operational flexibility, the 500TL range features up to 46° of crowd and 58° of tip to ensure each bucket is perfectly full, but also that it is completely emptied for efficient unloading of even the stickiest material.

 VISIBILITY TOOL LEVEL INDICATOR

 A visible attachment level indicator has been integrated into the 500TL’s design. This indicator is easily visible from the comfort   of the seat and provides operators with an at a glance reading of the actual inclination of the attachment.

NON SELF-LEVELLING SYSTEM

The standard non selflevelling system delivers traditional robust operation.
Simple to operate, it is perfect for straw-focused operations which need to stack large quantities of bales in superfast time.

A STEADY HAND FOR A FULL BUCKET

When handling valuable wheat or rape seed, you need to make every grain count, and ensure that every valuable grain stays in the bucket and is delivered to its location. That’s where the optional mechanical selflevelling system comes in.

SUPER SMOOTH RIDE

The integrated boom damping system on the optional Smooth Ride system absorbs even the harshest bumps during high speed transport, and is perfect when transporting heavy hay bales across uneven fields during feeding. Want more? How
about a ‘lock-out’ functionality, which deactivates the damping to enable precision placement without compensation. Perfect when tipping grain or stacking pallets.

300TL RANGE

The 300TL offers outstanding lifting performance. The maximum lift heights range from 2.0 - 2.8 metres and make stacking bales as easy as 1-2-3. Maximum lift capacity ranges from 435 - 1193kg, providing you with more than enough capacity to tackle even the most demanding tasks with ease.

MECHANICAL SELF-LEVELLING

If you need to maintain a fixed position to speed up the loading process, then mechanical self-levelling is for you. It is ideal for operations which extensively stack bales or pallets.

 OPERATOR FOCUSED DESIGN

 For optimal efficiency, loader operation must be intuitive, feeling like a natural extension of the operator. The LA and TL loaders   achieve this with a range of control options. Designed specifically with loaders in mind, New Holland tractors provide   unparalleled visibility throughout the entire lift cycle. The extended front windscreen and super high visibility roof panel on the   T5 Dynamic Command and Auto Command range boast the lowest obscured band in their segment, ensuring best-in-class   visibility. Additional features like shuttle aggressiveness settings and the dynamic start/stop brake-to-clutch system enhance the   premium loader operating experience.

CUSTOMSTEER™: VARIABLE RATIO STEERING

The optional CustomSteer™ function, available on T6 and T7 series tractors, puts you in control of steering wheel inputs. Through the IntelliView™ monitor or via a dedicated switch, you can control just how many turns of the wheel are required for lock-to-lock functionality. If you want to conduct tight turns, say when turning on the headland or when conducting loader work, you can programme the tractor to deliver lock-to-lock turning with anything as few as one complete steering wheel revolution, instead of the standard four. Saving you time and effort.

 ADVANCED JOYSTICK

 The advanced joystick makes for the perfect option when conducting intensive loader work. Whether you are feeding cattle or   moving bales, the ability to control electronic remote valves, shuttle between forward / reverse and change gear on Dynamic   Command models through the ergonomically integrated buttons without having to remove your hand from the loader controls   is a surefire productivity booster.

BRIGHT LIGHTS FOR DARK NIGHTS

Lighting up the way for improved night-time productivity and total safety is a New Holland key priority, accomplished by bringing into the farming world the latest automotive sector innovations, such as LED lights. This has now continued with an optional LED light packaging being integrated into the 600LA and 700LA loader arms.
